Use GitHub OAuth for the hosted account flow and desktop handoff, or fall back to a manual token when direct verification is needed.
Desktop opens the GitHub authorize flow and returns through `treesma://`. Browser runtime opens the hosted account surface on `app.treesma.com`.
Register the hosted URL in your GitHub OAuth app settings. The hosted callback page can continue back into your local TreeMA runtime.
